Operations Associate

Operations Associate Location: Vancouver, BC Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Salary: $21.00–$24.00 per hour Canaropa is looking for a reliable and versatile Operations Associate to join our Vancouver team. In this role, you will provide support across various operational and administrative functions to help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, is hands-on, and is eager to learn. Your Responsibilities Provide backup support for warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Operate narrow aisle reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts safely and in accordance with established procedures. Assist with keying, product configuration, and quality inspections as needed. Support inventory management, stock organization, and related tasks. Perform general administrative duties, including reception, mail distribution, and ordering office and operational supplies. Assist with coordinating facility maintenance, IT requests, and other branch requirements. Support workplace health and safety activities and procedures. Perform other operational and administrative duties as required to support the branch. What We're Looking For Valid forklift operator certification for both narrow aisle reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing needs. Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude. Good communication and basic computer skills. Willingness to learn and support different areas of the business. Previous experience in warehouse operations or administration is an asset.
