Position Overview We’re looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Delivery Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day delivery operations. In this role, you’ll act as a critical link between our delivery teams, customers, and internal management—ensuring smooth logistics, timely communication, and an exceptional delivery experience. Key Responsibilities Work Tuesday through Saturday managing daily logistics and carrier operations Oversee loadout operations 5 days/week at the client store dock, assisting and coordinating with carriers Daily Support & Customer Interaction Failing incorrect orders Checking for cancellations or app-related issues What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset Comfortable working in a remote support environment Basic experience with logistics, dispatch, or delivery software (Fareye experience a plus) Previous customer service or operations support experience preferred Nice to Have Experience in retail logistics or last-mile delivery operations Bilingual communication skills What You’ll Need Reliable internet connection (for remote support) Strong sense of accountability and ownership of tasks Qualifications Previous experience in logistics, delivery operations, or transportation management Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Comfortable using routing/dispatch systems and tracking tools Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Spanish-speaking ability is a strong plus Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule (Tuesday–Saturday) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Commute: Fishers, IN 46037 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Fishers, IN 46037: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
