ABOUT US CoraCreaCrafts is a small, woman-owned business based in Nashville, TN. We make and curate high-quality, vintage-inspired craft products that spark creativity. What began as a small Etsy shop has grown into a thriving online business with customers all over the world, and our Creative Corner storefront here in Nashville. We believe crafting is more than a hobby. It is a form of self-expression. Whether you are journaling, scrapbooking, collecting beautiful stationery, or making handmade cards, our goal is to give you the tools and inspiration to bring your vision to life. ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for an Operations Assistant Manager: the person who keeps the day-to-day running across our warehouse, our Nashville store, and the team that gets orders out the door. You will work closely with our founder and keep things moving when she is not on site. That means making sure orders go out accurately and on time, stock is where the system says it is, suppliers deliver what we ordered, the store looks its best and sells, and the team knows what they are doing today. You will also run our live sales, manage our market and event calendar, and help plan the workshops we host in store. Some days you will be scheduling and training, other days you will be packing alongside everyone else, because in a small business that is how it works. The supervisory side of this role builds up over your first few months as you learn our processes. We care much more about reliability, good judgment and the drive to learn than about your resume. If you are organized, calm when it gets busy, notice when something is off and fix it before anyone asks, we want to hear from you. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Team and daily operations Supervise the warehouse and store team day to day: set out priorities, hand out tasks, check the work, and make sure orders and shop shifts are covered Build and adjust the staff schedule with the founder around order volume, store hours, events and time off Train new team members on packing, store and customer service procedures, and keep those procedures written down and up to date Be the first point of contact for the team's day-to-day questions, give the founder regular feedback on performance, and flag problems early Order fulfillment and customer service Make sure online, wholesale and subscription box orders go out accurately and on time, and quality-check packed orders Pick, pack and ship orders yourself when volume calls for it, especially in Q4 and Advent calendar season Handle order problems: returns, exchanges, merged orders, lost or damaged parcels and carrier claims Support online customer service alongside our customer service representative when needed Inventory, receiving and suppliers Receive and check in incoming stock, reconcile it against purchase orders, and keep stock levels accurate in Linnworks and Shopify Run stock counts and keep the warehouse, stockroom and back office organized Track what needs reordering across the shop and warehouse, and flag it before we run out Place restock and reorder purchase orders with suppliers Maintain day-to-day supplier relationships: requesting quotes, confirming orders and chasing anything outstanding Track inbound shipments and keep the team informed on what is arriving and when Store and sales Work shifts on the store floor: serving customers, making sales, and handling the register and cash Keep the shop stocked and tidy, and open or close the store when scheduled Own the store merchandising: switch displays and move products around often so we never miss a seasonal opportunity Review store numbers, analyze sales, and suggest improvements and new products Run live sales on TikTok and Instagram Events Manage off-site events from beginning to end: research which markets and events we should attend, sign up, pack, set up, staff, sell and review the results Represent the business at local markets and collaborations, and in time at trade shows further afield Co-mana…
