Operations Assistant — Warehouse, Inventory & Production (Oilfield Products) Titan BOP Rubber Products · Houston, TX 77086 Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1 hr break), on-site Lead the floor at a growing Houston oilfield-products company. Titan BOP Rubber Products is a Houston-based manufacturer and supplier of aftermarket blowout preventer (BOP) rubber consumables — pipe wipers, ram packers, annular elements, seal kits, and related products — for the oil and gas industry. We're looking for a hands-on Operations Assistant to run our production floor: leading the team, controlling shipping, receiving, and inventory, keeping stock levels right, managing vendors, and upholding quality. This is more than a warehouse job — you'll own how the operation runs day to day. What you'll do: Lead the production/warehouse team — direct daily work, set the standard, train the team, and uphold safety Control shipping, receiving, and inventory end to end Own inventory strategy: set and maintain min/max levels, and review understocked, overstocked, and non-strategic inventory — acting on each Purchase replenishment stock as needed and manage vendor relationships (POs, lead times, cost, and incoming quality) Run hands-on quality within our ISO 9001 system: quality checks, hardness (durometer) inspection, and the RMA / NCR / CAR / RCA / FMEA process Conduct the weekly production meeting and keep the operation on track Pick, cut (pipe wipers), and assemble (seal kits) to specification, and hold the team to it Build deep product and process knowledge — the foundation for everything on this floor (we'll train you on our products) What you need: 2+ years of warehouse or operations experience, including some lead or supervisory experience Inventory management experience (cycle counts, stock levels); purchasing or vendor-management experience a strong plus Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality processes (RMA, NCR, CAR, RCA, FMEA) a strong plus — we'll develop the right person Comfortable with inventory/ERP software Forklift experience (certification a plus) Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on cutting and assembly throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and ready to lead a floor Why you'll want this job: Real ownership of the operation — you run the floor, not a slice of it A role that blends leadership, inventory strategy, purchasing, and quality — not a single-task warehouse job Room to build genuine operations-leadership experience at a growing company Steady, full-time schedule Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Experience: Industry Operations: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
