About the Team
We’re currently seeking a Production Assistant, working out of our Port Orchard, WA manufacturing facility. This position works directly with the Production Planning Manager, manufacturing teams, and internal departments to coordinate, plan, and maintain production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and best utilize the company’s productive capacity.
About the Role
The Production Assistant will work under the direction of the Production Planning Manager to complete a variety of administrative tasks that are essential to the smooth functioning of departments like operations, scheduling, purchasing, and finance among others. This position will also work directly with Production Manager and Scheduler to define product builds and create bill of materials (BOMs) using our ERP system.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use a computer. Work will require individuals to enter plant areas where performance factors such as heat, noise, dust, lifting of materials, and working around equipment will be encountered.
