We’re seeking a high-performing Operations Assistant to work directly with a founder and their team across multiple ventures in tech, AI, and software. This is not a task-ticking admin job — it's a dynamic, high-responsibility role for someone who thrives on variety, learns fast, and finds satisfaction in building calm from chaos.
You’ll help operationalize high-leverage work, manage the back-office across fast-moving projects, and serve as the connective tissue between founder, teams, and systems.
Community Operations
Customer Support
Hosting Virtual Events
Plan and coordinate IRL events
Serve as liaison across internal teams and external partners
Reporting and utilizing CRM dashboards
Assist with marketing and sales coordination, content scheduling, and campaign execution
Prepare dashboards and reporting on operations, finances, and business performance
You’ll Succeed If You Are...
Comfortable presenting online and engaging clientele and customers in seminars, video calls, etc
A sharp generalist who adapts quickly and executes with precision
A strong communicator who can write clearly and handle async nuance
Detail-obsessed, but also comfortable zooming out to see patterns
Tech-literate — familiar with tools like Notion, Airtable, Slack, GSuite, etc
Discreet, reliable, and proactive — always two steps ahead
Energized by startup-style pace and responsibility
Nice-to-Haves
Experience supporting founders, execs, or multi-venture teams
Exposure to AI or software businesses
Background in project coordination, executive assistance, or operations
Bonus: light experience with finance workflows, hiring tools, or content scheduling
Salary: $1,500/month USD
