The opportunity Lead the planning and execution that bring a distinctive culinary brand to more customers. As Operations & Supply Chain Manager, you will connect sourcing, production, external manufacturing, inventory and fulfillment, working closely with our Production Chef, product-development resources and commercial partners. You will own daily operating decisions within agreed priorities and budgets, supported by sound judgment and clear communication. This is a hands-on role: building production schedules, managing purchase orders, coordinating manufacturing runs, resolving delivery issues and improving the economics of the business. What you will own Production and replenishment planning Translate demand, stock availability and commercial priorities into practical production and replenishment plans. Coordinate internal production and external manufacturing schedules, aligning materials, capacity and delivery requirements with the Production Chef and production partners. Procurement and supplier relationships Source and purchase ingredients, packaging, production supplies and equipment. Evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, maintain lead times and minimum-order information, and manage purchase orders through receipt. Develop backup sources and balance quality, availability, cash requirements and total landed cost. External manufacturing and commercialization Evaluate and manage co-manufacturers, co-packers and toll partners. Coordinate quotations, trials, materials, packaging compatibility and production schedules. Work with culinary and product-development resources to translate approved products into repeatable manufacturing processes with clear specifications and acceptance criteria. What you will own continued Inventory logistics and fulfillment Maintain visibility into ingredients, packaging, work-in-process and finished goods across production and storage locations. Manage inventory reconciliation, replenishment and shelf-life considerations. Coordinate 3PLs and frozen and ambient fulfillment for wholesale, hospitality, events and direct-to-consumer orders, including receiving, order routing, shipping performance and issue resolution. Packaging facilities and quality coordination Take packaging projects from approved artwork and specifications through samples, fit checks, production and delivery. Coordinate kitchen and equipment readiness, installations and maintenance. Support sanitation, storage, lot tracking and food-safety practices with production personnel and qualified partners. Operational costs and improvements Track manufacturing, packaging, freight, storage and fulfillment costs. Identify practical ways to reduce waste, improve margins and strengthen reliability while preserving product quality. Maintain concise reporting, recommend actions with clear costs and tradeoffs, and escalate material risks. What you bring At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement or logistics in food, beverage or consumer packaged goods. Direct responsibility for suppliers, external manufacturers or fulfillment providers, including managing costs, timelines and service expectations.
