What you’ll do Lead daily distribution center operations by supporting safe, efficient, accurate, and timely warehouse and delivery activities. Own the fleet preventive maintenance process , including scheduling maintenance, coordinating vendors, maintaining service documentation, following up on inspections, and escalating overdue or safety-sensitive issues. Maintain vehicle inspection and maintenance records in accordance with company expectations and applicable regulatory requirements. Support delivery operations by coordinating driver communication, route readiness, delivery issue resolution, and follow-up on customer and internal service concerns. Partner with qualified CDL personnel, Operations, and Human Resources on driver onboarding, training coordination, route familiarization, and driver performance follow-up when CDL-specific judgment or testing is required. Support DOT compliance and delivery safety by helping ensure delivery operations align with applicable requirements and company safety expectations. Administer branch fleet support programs , including fuel program monitoring, vendor coordination, vehicle registration support, and DOT file coordination. Develop and maintain the powered industrial truck preventive maintenance program for forklifts, reach trucks, batteries, chargers, and related warehouse equipment.
