Your Mission:

  • Support operational improvement initiatives by providing quantitative analysis, data insights, financial modelling, and KPI reporting to enhance efficiency and cost-to-serve.
  • Conduct process mapping, workflow documentation, and time/capacity studies to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities across distribution, fulfillment, and procurement operations.
  • Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement strategies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and support change management efforts to drive adoption of new practices and systems.
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting tools that track performance, cost, service, and productivity at a site, product, and process level.
  • Provide analytical support for warehouse layout optimization, capacity planning, bin location design, and material flow improvements.
  • Act as a key contributor to project teams, supporting work planning, task execution, documentation, and monitoring against timelines.
  • Perform ERP/WMS data extraction, reconciliation, and configuration testing to support system optimization and business requirements definition.
  • Conduct operational studies related to inventory management, labor planning, productivity improvement, and fulfillment processes.
  • Support compliance efforts by preparing documentation that aligns with industry standards, regulatory obligations, and internal policies.
  • Contribute to the development of SOP updates, training materials, and communication tools to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in monitoring, tracking, and communicating progress of continuous improvement projects and operational initiatives to stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field is required.
    • Lean Six Sigma certification and/or PMP or project management training is an asset.
  • Experience:
    • 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, inventory management, warehousing, or distribution, preferably in a regulated or pharmaceutical environment.
    • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
    • Exposure to warehouse design, fulfillment optimization, or distribution operations is an asset.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in quantitative analysis, KPI development, and performance reporting (Excel, Power BI or equivalent).
    • Working knowledge of ERP and WMS platforms, including data extraction and configuration testing.
    • Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis.
    • Familiarity with warehouse layout concepts, material handling requirements, or practical design principles.
    • Solid project coordination skills, with proven ability to execute tasks on time and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
    • English proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Bilingualism (French and English) may be required depending on the specific role, location, and the needs of the organization.

 

Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
