Operations Agent

Job Overview Full-service Air, Ground, Ocean and Logistics company is looking for motivated Operations Agents to join their team in Clinton, PA. Operations Agents are responsible for the outcomes of assigned client projects including customer service, tracking, routing, problem resolution, and vendor compliance. While prior experience in freight forwarding, transportation, logistics or domestic operations is preferred, there is no experience necessary - willing to train the right individuals . This role is suited for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes accountability seriously and understands that great customer service often requires flexibility. Qualifications include: High School diploma/GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; AS400 experience preferred , but not required. Full-time, on-site position; approximately 45 hours per week. This position will initially require flexibility to work evenings, nights and/or weekends.
