Operational Specialist (EC, 3PL, Freight Forwarding, Transportation)

We’re Hiring: Logistics Operations Assistant TGL USA Inc. | Cerritos, CA | On-site TGL USA is looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to support our e-commerce, 3PL warehousing, and transportation operations in Cerritos, California. This position combines hands-on warehouse work with office-based logistics coordination. You should be comfortable working on the warehouse floor and handling daily administrative tasks. Whether you have logistics experience or are looking to start your career, we welcome candidates who are organized, proactive, and willing to learn. Training is available for freight forwarding and transportation responsibilities. What You’ll Do Warehouse & E-commerce Support Assist with receiving, inventory checks, picking, packing, shipping, and other daily warehouse activities. Support e-commerce order fulfillment and 3PL customer operations. Help maintain accurate inventory records and an organized, safe work environment. Operate a forklift if appropriately trained and authorized. Logistics & Transportation Coordination Assist with freight forwarding, drayage, and domestic trucking operations. Coordinate cargo pickups, deliveries, and warehouse appointments. Track shipments and communicate updates to customers, carriers, and internal teams. Help resolve day-to-day operational issues and follow up on pending items. Office & Administrative Support Enter and maintain operational data in Excel and company systems. Organize shipping documents, including bills of lading and proof of delivery. Assist with invoice checks, cost records, and month-end documentation. What We’re Looking For Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Willingness to perform both physical warehouse duties and desk-based work. Basic Excel and computer skills. Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through. A responsible attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Entry-level candidates and applicants with relevant experience are welcome. Preferred Qualifications Korean–English bilingual communication skills preferred, but not required. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, 3PL, freight forwarding, or trucking. Forklift operating experience and/or certification. Relevant hazardous materials (HAZMAT) training or certification. Experience using warehouse or transportation management systems.
