Onsite Service Provider/Inventory Management/Customer Service

Do you like helping customers, keeping things organized, and being the go-to person who makes sure the job gets done? Replenex is hiring a full-time Onsite Service Provider to work inside our customer's facility in Shepherdsville, KY. You'll be the friendly, dependable Replenex contact who keeps their industrial supplies stocked, organized, and ready to use. What You'll Do Provide timely, courteous service and communication to our customer Maintain inventory levels and reconcile any inventory discrepancies Perform order scanning, cycle counts, and housekeeping in scanning and vending areas Handle material handling and put-away based on customer requirements Monitor and follow through on premium shipping requests Work with the Replenex sales team to share customer needs and growth opportunities Document and help resolve customer concerns Follow the customer's policies and guidelines as a guest in their facility Physical Requirements & Work Environment Work in a manufacturing setting with typical temperature and lighting variations Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and repetitive movements; occasional carrying and stooping Operate pushcarts, pallet trucks, and other material handling equipment Ability to lift up to 60 lbs Pay: From $47,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Do you now or have you ever served in the US Military?
