Onsite Logistics Manager

Onsite Logistics Manager We’re seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Onsite Logistics Manager to oversee daily operations for a pharmaceutical delivery program utilizing independent contractor drivers. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, onboard, and retain qualified independent contractor drivers. Manage daily scheduling and route coverage to ensure on-time service. Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and operations team, providing exceptional communication and issue resolution. Monitor service levels, address operational challenges, and implement solutions to maintain performance standards. Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements. Build strong relationships with contractors while maintaining a reliable and efficient delivery network. Qualifications: Experience in logistics, transportation, or courier operations preferred. Strong recruiting, scheduling, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proficient with Microsoft Office and transportation management software is a plus.
