Do not contact through website, phone or social media. What’s the job description? This is not a warehouse job. We are a vinyl graphics shop located in Fremont, CA and are currently looking for someone to help with our e-commerce order fulfillment. This position is for part time employment and we are generally looking for someone to work between the hours of 1pm and 6pm Monday through Friday. This person should will need to have great attention to detail and organizational skills as this is an integral part of order fulfillment. In addition to order fulfillment, this position will be responsible for assisting with final leg production of orders. What you’ll mainly do… Assist with production of vinyl decal orders such as operating a vinyl plotter, weeding vinyl, taping and labeling Inventory management, ie. replenishing stock levels and organization Assist with daily order fulfillment and packing of orders Quality control Requirements Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure Basic computer skills Not required but definitely a bonus Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role Experience working with vinyl graphic production equipment and software. Knowledge of e-commerce websites such as Shopify, Wix, Etsy, BigCommerce, Amazon, Google, Wordpress and Woocommerce. Interested?
