On-Call Medical Courier Driver – STAT & Routes

About the job Maverick Global Transportation needs 2 on-call medical courier drivers in the Rosedale, Maryland area. You'll cover STAT runs, time-critical medical deliveries that go straight from pickup to drop-off, plus multi-stop medical routes when they come up. Pay is per mile plus per stop. We want drivers who answer the phone and show up every time. Job type: Independent contractor (1099) Pay: Per mile plus per stop, set by route. Rates shared when you apply. Schedule: On call Start date: To be determined What you'll do Answer calls and texts while on call and take the runs you're offered Take STAT runs: pick up and deliver direct to the destination Run multi-stop medical delivery routes out of Rosedale Handle medical courier items securely from pickup to drop-off Scan and confirm every pickup and drop-off in the driver app Keep dispatch updated on your ETA until the delivery is done What you need Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Your own reliable, insured vehicle Smartphone with a data plan; you pick up fast while on call Live within 50 miles of Rosedale Pass a background check Signed independent contractor (1099) agreement and ID before your first run Medical, lab or pharmacy courier experience strongly preferred How to apply Text 929-977-6118 with your full name, the town you're coming from, and "Rosedale courier."
