Oilfield Services Dispatcher

We are currently seeking an experienced Dispatcher to coordinate field operations and ensure timely delivery of services in a fast-paced oilfield environment. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and dispatch crews, equipment, and trucks for field operations Monitor job progress and adjust dispatch as needed to meet operational demands Maintain accurate records of job assignments, crew hours, and equipment movement Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and field personnel Respond promptly to changes, delays, or emergencies in the field Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies Update and track jobs in dispatching and reporting software (e.g., Computer Hands, Workhub) Support logistics, inventory tracking, and coordination of third-party services when necessary Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience in oilfield or industrial services Strong knowledge of oilfield equipment, terminology, and field operations Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing priorities Proficient with dispatch software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital reporting tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Availability for on-call rotations, evenings, or weekends as required What We Offer: Competitive wage and benefits package Opportunities for career advancement A supportive and safety-focused work environment Training and ongoing development Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Paid time off Vision care Work Location: In person
