Oil Truck Delivery Driver

Job Description: Hilton Oil Company is currently hiring Oil Delivery Drivers for our Lawrence, Massachusetts location! Who are we? Responsibilities: Working with our Dispatch Team in delivering home heating oil, diesel and kerosene to our residential and commercial customers. Proven history of safe driving record and must maintain same - driving delivery truck safely and adhering to all DOT regulations and procedures. Submit to and pass DOT physical, drug and alcohol tests. Have ability to perform all functions of the job in every weather condition, day and night. Planning daily route using knowledge of geography, routes, zones, streets etc. Loading truck with required product while adhering to all safety policies and procedures at loading site/bulk plant. Completion of daily shift report and all required paperwork. Completion of pre and post trip inspections. Qualifications: An active CDL-B driver’s license required Tanker and Hazmat required Previous experience with a liquid load is considered an asset. Demonstrated ability to read and write English and perform basic math skills Ability to work well with others; good organization and communication skills; attention to detail and strong customer service skills are necessary 2 years driving experience preferred Strong safety focus required Very physical work *TWIC card preferred but not required For immediate consideration, please visit our office at 101 South Union St. Lawrence, MA with your resume or to complete an application.
