Office & Warehouse Cleaner — Weekly, Long-Term We’re looking for a reliable cleaner for long-term weekly cleaning every Thursday. Regular cleaning takes approximately one hour per visit. We prefer the same cleaner or team each time. Areas to Clean: Two offices One conference room One small lobby One very small materials room Two restrooms One warehouse — floor cleaning only Responsibilities: Wipe desks, tables, and accessible surfaces Empty trash and wipe down trash bins Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, and restroom surfaces Vacuum carpeted areas Mop the small room with hard flooring Sweep the warehouse floor Complete monthly deep cleaning, including corners, baseboards, and detailed restroom cleaning Schedule & Pay: Every Thursday Regular cleaning: $75 per visit, approximately one hour Monthly deep cleaning: $125 per visit, replacing that week’s regular cleaning; additional time may be needed Initial deep cleaning: quoted separately after a walkthrough Requirements: Previous office or commercial cleaning experience preferred Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail Available for a consistent, long-term Thursday schedule Please apply with your cleaning experience, availability, and whether you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
