Overview Do to expanding our business we are currently looking for a person for three days a week to join our energetic team as an Office and Warehouse Associate, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring friendly customer service and efficient office support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in our local farm and homestead community to provide essential feed, hay and supplies. You'll also be responsible for office procedures in both our feed store and trucking company to include answering phone calls, email response and scheduling of transportation needs. Responsibilities Manage inventory to ensure accurate stock levels. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklift and pallet jacks, fill customer orders and load customers efficiently. Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule shipments and deliveries. Assist in stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing warehouse space for maximum efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to product availability. Answer multiple phone lines, monitor emails and assist in other transportation and equipment rental needs. Requirements Prior experience in warehouse or office situations helpful. Proficiency with basic computer and email skills. Basic math skills for creating customer tickets and taking payments. Strong attention to detail for data entry tasks and order accuracy. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
