Office & Technology Operations Coordinator – Custom AV

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of our day-to-day office operations while developing their technical knowledge and skills. Work With Industry-Leading Technology You'll have the opportunity to learn about and work with premium brands, including: Control4 – Smart home automation Savant – Luxury home automation Lutron – Lighting and shading control Bowers & Wilkins – Premium audio systems Ubiquiti – Networking and Wi-Fi solutions And many other leading audio/video brands Previous experience with these products is an asset but is not required. We're happy to train the right person! What You'll Be Doing: Office Management & Operations (70%) You'll play an important role in keeping our business running smoothly. Responsibilities include: Answering phone calls and responding to customer emails. Scheduling installations, service calls, and appointments. Creating invoices and managing customer accounts using QuickBooks Online. Tracking outstanding invoices and following up on payments. Ordering equipment and tracking deliveries. Coordinating upcoming projects and installation schedules. Organizing inventory and project materials. Maintaining customer records and project documentation. Communicating with customers and suppliers. Assisting with estimates and project preparation. Helping improve our daily office operations. Taking ownership of administrative tasks and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. AV Installation Assistance (30%) You'll also have opportunities to get out of the office and work alongside our installation team. Responsibilities include: Assisting with TV and home theatre installations. Helping install speakers and audio equipment. Assisting with networking and Wi-Fi equipment. Helping with smart home automation installations. Preparing equipment and materials for projects. Assisting with wiring, equipment setup, and testing. Helping troubleshoot basic technical issues. Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Highly organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Friendly and professional when dealing with customers. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Interested in electronics, technology, and smart home systems. Comfortable balancing office responsibilities with hands-on work. Able to work independently and take initiative. A good problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities. Interested in learning and developing new skills. Looking for a long-term career opportunity.
