OFFICE SUPPORT SPECIALIST / DISPATCHER

OFFICE & DISPATCH COORDINATOR — IMMEDIATE HIRE! Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to join our office team ! We’re a family-owned and operated HVAC company with a busy, close-knit office and a great group of people. We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, self-motivated, and enjoys being part of a team. This position will provide day-to-day support to our Service and Installation Managers while helping keep our office, technicians, customers, and jobs running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing: Dispatching and coordinating service technicians Managing and ordering parts Communicating with technicians, customers, and vendors Daily filing and organization Assisting with business reporting and administrative tasks Navigating various computer programs, apps, and online portals Providing general administrative support to the Service and Installation Managers Helping keep day-to-day office operations organized and running efficiently Assisting with scheduling and coordinating jobs as needed Handling customer communication in a professional and friendly manner Other general office and administrative responsibilities What We’re Looking For: Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and online platforms Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to multitask in a busy office environment Reliable and dependable Comfortable communicating with customers, technicians, vendors, and management Previous dispatch, office, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus HVAC experience is NOT required — we can teach you the industry!
