About us Tim’s Home Services is a family-owned plumbing, drain cleaning and HVAC company that has been taking care of homes in the northwest metro since 1981. Our office is the first impression every customer gets, and we’re looking for a leader to make that impression a great one. About the role As Office Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead our customer service and dispatch team day to day. You’ll coach and develop your team, keep the phones and the dispatch board running smoothly, and step into either seat when it’s busy or someone is out. Your bonus is built on your team’s results, so when your people win, you win. What you’ll do Lead, train and coach our CSR and dispatcher, including regular 1:1s and direct conversations when something needs to change Run daily call flow, bookings and the dispatch board in ServiceTitan Review calls and bookings every week to keep quality high Follow up on unsold estimates and close them Fill open slots on the schedule with maintenance, renewals and follow-up visits Step into customer service or dispatch whenever the team needs you You’ll thrive here if you: Enjoy coaching people and watching them get better Track your numbers and like knowing where you stand Would rather call a customer back than let an estimate go cold Can have a tough conversation without making it personal Stay calm and organized when every line is ringing This isn’t the right fit if you: Want a quiet desk job Don’t like being on the phones Prefer a flat paycheck over earning based on results Bonus opportunities A weekly bonus tied to your CSR’s booking results A percentage of every dollar collected above our weekly revenue goal Commission on unsold estimates the office closes Quarterly bonuses for close rate and revenue goals No cap What we’re looking for 2+ years in a call center, dispatch or customer service role, ideally in the trades or home services Experience leading or training a team ServiceTitan experience is a big plus. If you’ve used other field service software, we’ll teach you ours.
