Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and self‑motivated Clinic Manager/MOA to support the medical side of our practice and assist with medical aesthetics when needed. This role is central to ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining clinic readiness, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a small clinical environment. Responsibilities Manage daily clinic operations and independently oversee opening and closing procedures Set up the clinic each day for medical and aesthetic providers, ensuring rooms, equipment, and supplies are ready Maintain daily cleanliness standards, including laundry, and general tidiness Monitor and restock medical and office supplies; handle ordering and inventory management Handle appointment booking, confirmations, and patient communication Provide warm, professional customer service to all patients Support medical providers with MOA tasks within scope Complete general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, EMR usage and documentation, and email/phone communication Ensure the clinic environment remains welcoming, organized, and compliant with privacy and safety expectations Qualifications Experience working in a medical or clinical setting is an asset Ability to work independently and manage daily operations without supervision Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable supporting both medical and aesthetic workflows Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) Familiarity with EMR systems is an asset Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive patient information Join Our Team As our Clinic Manager/MOA, you will play a key role in keeping the practice running smoothly and ensuring patients feel cared for from the moment they arrive.
