Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our multispecialty Vein & Vascular and Podiatry clinics located in Buckhead, GA. This full-time role reports to the Director of Operations and is ideal for a healthcare leader who excels in staff development, ensuring workflow efficiency, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining smooth daily operations, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting clinical staff to provide high-quality care. Responsibilities Lead and manage the administrative functions of the clinics, including front desk operations, patient scheduling, billing, and record management. Develop and implement workflows that promote efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across all clinic processes. Supervise administrative staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure a motivated and effective team. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies to maintain a safe and compliant environment. Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care delivery and enhance the overall patient experience. Manage day-to-day operational issues, troubleshoot problems promptly, and implement solutions to improve clinic performance. Oversee inventory management for office supplies and medical equipment as needed. Coordinate with the Director of Operations on strategic initiatives, reporting on operational metrics, and implementing process improvements. Foster a welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff alike, emphasizing excellent customer service. Experience Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar healthcare administrative leadership role within a multispecialty clinic setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop staff and promote teamwork. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and workflow optimization. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing procedures, and medical office management best practices. Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with clinical staff, patients, vendors, and leadership. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
