Role Summary: We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Office Manager to join our team. You will serve as the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our office runs efficiently, safely, and with a positive culture. By handling administrative and facility coordination, you will empower our staff to focus on their core goals. Key Responsibilities: Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office activities, streamline administrative workflows, and implement new procedures for maximum efficiency. Supply & Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain office supply inventories, anticipate needs, and place cost-effective orders. Vendor & Facility Relations: Liaise with facility management vendors, building maintenance, and equipment suppliers to keep infrastructure functioning smoothly. Administrative Support: Coordinate executive calendars, schedule team meetings, book travel arrangements, and draft correspondence or reports. Financial Oversight: Manage basic general and administrative (G&A) budget tracking, process invoices, and assist with expense reporting. HR & Onboarding Support: Assist human resources with new employee onboarding, workstation setup, and maintaining personnel files. Culture & Communication: Foster a welcoming environment for visitors, serve as a central point for internal communications, and help plan team events. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as an Office Manager or in an administrative leadership role (2–5 years preferred). Education: High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace, with familiarity using office databases and communication software. Organizational Abilities: Exceptional multi-tasking, time-management, and prioritization skills with acute attention to detail. Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate smoothly across departments and resolve issues professionally.
