Office Manager — Fisher Animal Hospital Location: Florence, AL Job Type: Full Time Pay: Commensurate upon experience About the Role Fisher Animal Hospital is seeking an organized, dependable Office Manager to help our hospital run smoothly and provide a welcoming experience for clients and their pets. We’re looking for someone with strong communication and leadership skills who enjoys supporting a team in a busy veterinary setting. Responsibilities Oversee daily front-office operations and help coordinate workflow. Assist with Inventory management and ordering Communicate with clients professionally and address questions or concerns with care. Work closely with veterinarians and hospital staff to keep schedules organized. Assist with billing, payment processing, and daily financial records. Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders as needed. Help train office staff and maintain consistent office procedures. Help with hiring of staff and onboarding new staff Identify ways to improve efficiency, teamwork, and client service. Qualifications Experience in office management, team supervision, or a similar administrative role. Veterinary or medical office experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and stay calm in a busy environment. Comfortable using scheduling, billing, and office software. A compassionate approach to pets, their owners, and coworkers. Benefits Negotiable.
