Office & Executive Administrative Assistant
Creative ChurchCreative Church is looking for a sharp, highly organized, proactive Office & Executive Administrative Assistant to help keep our church office, systems, and executive team operating at a high level. This is not simply a receptionist or basic clerical position. We are looking for someone with strong critical-thinking and executive-function skills who sees what needs to be done, solves problems, creates systems, and takes initiative without needing to be constantly directed. The right person loves organization, thinks several steps ahead, notices details others miss, and enjoys helping leaders and teams operate more effectively. What You'll Do: Office Administration Help oversee the day-to-day organization and function of the church office Maintain office supplies and inventory Anticipate supply needs and place orders before items run out Track office-related expenses and work within established budgets Organize storage, workrooms, supply areas, shared spaces, and administrative systems Receive, organize, and distribute deliveries, mail, and packages Coordinate vendors and resolve routine office-related issues Run occasional errands and handle practical administrative needs Help create systems that make the office more organized, efficient, and excellent Executive Team Support Provide administrative support to members of the executive leadership team Coordinate meetings, appointments, documents, and follow-up as assigned Help turn conversations and decisions into clear next steps Track projects, deadlines, and outstanding action items Prepare documents, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and other administrative materials Research solutions, gather information, and help leaders make informed decisions Assist with special projects and changing priorities Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Systems & Problem Solving Identify administrative problems and take initiative to solve them Develop better systems when existing processes are inefficient or unclear Think ahead rather than waiting for problems to happen Learn new software and technology quickly Use AI tools appropriately to increase efficiency, research, organize information, draft materials, and improve workflows Help the team find smarter and more efficient ways to accomplish recurring tasks Who We're Looking For: This position requires someone with unusually strong executive-function skills.
