We are seeking an Office Coordinator who will provide customer service, reception, and administrative support. The role will manage customer inquiries, processes sales orders, work orders, purchase orders, invoices, credits, and payments, and maintains accurate records across Microsoft Dynamics, Teams, Excel, Access, and other systems. The position will also coordinate shipping documentation, prepares reports, supports inventory and vendor records, and will ensure timely and accurate completion of daily operational processes. As an Office Coordinator at Corrpro Canada … WHAT YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Respond to customer calls and inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide support regarding order status, deliveries, invoicing, and accounts. Manage front-desk and reception responsibilities, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative assistance. Process daily sales invoices for the Material Division and distribute completed invoices to customers. Assist with compile billing documentation, time tickets, expense reports, and supporting materials required for accurate client invoicing. Process credit card purchases and other payment-related transactions. Scan, upload, and organize, work orders, invoices, and related records in designated storage locations. Perform Business Central functions, including material master maintenance, order status and document-flow reviews, work-order maintenance. Reconcile printed reports with current-period invoices to support accurate financial and operational records. Create, update, and maintain vendor accounts, financial documentation and verifications Monitor and replenish office stationery and supply inventory. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned, in response to organizational needs. QUALIFICATIONS: Completion of 1-2 years of post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in customer service / data entry role/ financial clerk. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and other computer applications. Ability to learn and effectively use ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics), databases, Microsoft Teams, and related order-processing and administrative software. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented, dependable, organized, customer-focused, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
