2nd Shift Warehouse Office Clerk Beaver Dam Infrastructure | 3PL Food Warehouse Beaver Dam Infrastructure is looking for a dependable and organized 2nd Shift Office Clerk to join our warehouse team. We are a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse specializing in food storage, and this position helps keep second-shift operations organized and running smoothly. Schedule and Pay Hours: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour Position: Full-time Job Responsibilities · Complete and organize daily shipping and receiving paperwork · Enter load, shipment, and inventory information accurately into the computer · Communicate with warehouse employees, truck drivers, customers, and management · Check drivers in and out and assist with shipping and receiving documentation · Track loads, appointments, paperwork, and daily warehouse activity · Maintain accurate files and records · Answer phones and respond to questions as needed · Communicate important information between shifts · Assist warehouse management with general office and administrative duties · Keep the office area organized and professional · Perform additional clerical duties as needed Qualifications · Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail · Basic computer and data-entry skills · Good communication and organizational skills · Comfortable multitasking and working independently in a busy warehouse environment · Professional when communicating with drivers, customers, and employees · Previous office, warehouse, shipping and receiving, or logistics experience preferred · 3PL or food warehouse experience is a plus, but not required What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, hardworking, and willing to learn.
