Office Assistant / Shipping Coordinator

commercial linen rental, manufacturing, and laundry business in Burbank, is hiring someone to run our front-end customer operations: speaking with clients, taking orders, handling emails, and processing shipments. What you’ll do: Communicate with clients by phone and email (event companies, party rental vendors, wedding clients) Take and enter orders accurately Respond to customer emails and inquiries promptly and professionally Coordinate and process shipping for orders Track orders and follow up on deliveries Help manage our online sales channels (Shopify, Etsy) Assist in the warehouse as needed Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour Work Location: In person
