Office Assistant
Creative CarpenterCleo Haze is a clothing boutique located in Beverly Grove. We have an IRL boutique as well as an online store. Our own brand is cut and sewn in our atelier behind the shop floor. We are currently hiring for an office assistant position whose duties are listed below in detail. The main focuses are around inventory management and Shopify. EXPERIENCE Must have Shopify experience, minimum 3 years (Please do not submit a resume without having this experience) Should be confident using Al tools to assist in executing job duties Fluent in Al automation tools and platforms INVENTORY MANAGEMENT Track inventory and stock levels Enter items in Shopify, tag them, and put security sensors on them for the shop floor Keep the inventory floor restocked and keep backstock organized VENDORS Onboard brands and track brands leaving Liaise between Cleo and vendors PRODUCTION Order fabric, labels, tags, trim, shopping bags, hangers, etc. Create cost sheets for Cleo production ONLINE ORDERS Process and fulfill orders received on the Cleo website Pack, ship, and handle fulfillment for all online orders CUSTOMERS Answer customer emails and phone calls Answer questions about the brand and products, or direct them to the appropriate team member Pay: $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
