Office Administrator, Inside Sales & Social Media Coordinator Company: Atlas Restaurant Equipment Location: Concord, MA Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person Compensation: $24–$26 per hour, based on experience Experience Level: Entry-Level About Us Atlas Restaurant Equipment is a growing commercial restaurant equipment company serving restaurants, cafés, commercial kitchens, and food service businesses throughout Massachusetts. We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, creative, and highly motivated individual to join our team. This position combines office administration, inside sales, customer service, and social media marketing. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, organized, and comfortable taking initiative. Key Responsibilities Office Administration, Inside Sales & Customer Service Manage daily office operations and administrative responsibilities. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability. Prepare sales quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management. Communicate with vendors and coordinate product orders. Provide administrative support to the sales team. Actively use Freshsales CRM to manage customer information, sales leads, and daily follow-up activities. Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, communications, and sales opportunities. Track customer inquiries and sales activities using our CRM system. Social Media Marketing & Content Creation Create, manage, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Design professional marketing materials using Canva. Independently film, edit, and publish Instagram Reels and TikTok videos. Photograph and showcase restaurant equipment and products. Develop creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Maintain a consistent social media posting schedule. Monitor engagement and respond to social media inquiries. Identify opportunities to attract new customers through digital marketing. Business Development & Customer Outreach Proactively contact prospective restaurant and foodservice customers through outbound calls. Follow up with potential customers and existing sales leads. Assist with identifying new business opportunities. Occasionally visit local restaurants and foodservice establishments to introduce our products and services. Build positive, long-term customer relationships. Required Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor. Hands-on experience with Canva and social media content creation. Ability to independently film, edit, and publish Instagram Reels and TikTok videos. Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with customers. Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive. Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office. Comfortable learning and actively using CRM software and other business management tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate customer records. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for occasional customer visits. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or inside sales. Experience managing business social media accounts. Previous experience with CRM software such as Freshsales, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Familiarity with restaurant equipment or the foodservice industry.
