Photography & Visuals: Capture, edit, and upload clean product photos following eBay image standards. Market & Pricing Research: Perform competitive pricing analysis on current and completed listings to set optimal buy-it-now or auction prices. Inventory & Order Management: Monitor stock levels, organize physical or digital inventory, print shipping labels, and manage fulfillment workflows. Customer Support & Case Resolution: Respond promptly to buyer inquiries, resolve return requests, and handle cancellations or INR (Item Not Received) claims to maintain high seller ratings. Store Optimization: Set up and manage Promoted Listings campaigns, store categories, and markdown sales/coupons. Platform Experience: 1–3+ years of direct experience navigating the eBay Seller Hub platform . SEO & Content Writing: Strong understanding of keywords, item specifics, and structured metadata for search ranking. Basic Photography & Editing: Ability to light, shoot, and crop product photos effectively (familiarity with photo editing tools or background removal apps is a plus). Attention to Detail: Precision in identifying condition flaws, part numbers, measurements, and compatibility specifics. Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to navigate eBay policy guidelines, buyer disputes, and shipping issues calmly and professionally. Recommended Qualifications Familiarity with cross-listing software or multi-channel inventory management tools. Experience with shipping like eBay Labeling. Basic understanding of HTML or template design for custom listing descriptions.
