We offer three main product lines: soft treats, one-ingredient jerky, and air-dried foods , with daily production capacity of up to 20 tons. Our 40,000-square-foot manufacturing facility is equipped with advanced food-processing equipment sourced from Canada, the United States and Germany. We also operate a 5,000-square-foot warehouse in Toronto and a warehousing and freight centre in Blaine, Washington. Position Summary We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven, and highly skilled OEM Sales Representative to spearhead business development, drive key account management, and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of OEM projects in the North American market. This role focuses heavily on front-end commercial growth and strategic sales. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in independent account acquisition, advanced commercial negotiations, and contract evaluation. Acting as the primary lead between clients and internal cross-functional teams, you will orchestrate the development, execution, and delivery of custom OEM product lines to drive continuous business growth. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Business Development Market Expansion: Lead client acquisition and business development efforts in the North American OEM market; design and execute outreach strategies to identify, qualify, and convert high-value B2B prospects. Solution Selling: Uncover customer pain points and pitch tailored OEM product solutions to drive lead conversion and revenue expansion. Industry Engagement: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client visits to build market presence and strengthen corporate brand reputation. Commercial Negotiation & Contract Management Deal Structuring: Lead full-cycle commercial negotiations, securing optimal terms for product pricing, commercial clauses, lead times, payment terms, and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs). Contract Management: Draft, review, and evaluate contracts and agreements to mitigate risk, ensuring all terms align with business profitability and operational feasibility. Margin Optimization: Conduct thorough cost-and-margin evaluations to satisfy client expectations while safeguarding project profitability. OEM Project Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination Project Governance: Serve as the primary project owner for OEM accounts, orchestrating the entire workflow from project initiation, sample development, and pilot runs to mass production and final delivery. Cross-Department Collaboration: Drive internal teams—including R&D, QA, Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics—to resolve execution bottlenecks and ensure key project milestones are met. Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify project and commercial risks; manage internal and external communications regarding product spec, packaging, or order changes for complete issue resolution. Order Lifecycle Management & Account Retention Execution Supervision: Oversee and track the full execution cycle of OEM orders (from confirmation and scheduling to shipment and delivery) to ensure precise fulfillment. Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with key accounts; respond promptly to client inquiries to elevate customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat/upsell opportunities. Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze North American competitor activities, pricing trends, and market insights to support executive decision-making. Sales Analytics & Administrative Support Reporting: Regularly consolidate and analyze sales performance, project status, and payment collections to generate professional management reports.
