OCS Route Driver

Summary: We are expanding our coffee service operation and are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Coffee Service Delivery Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for delivering coffee products and breakroom supplies to customer locations, stocking inventory, servicing coffee equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. As the face of our company, you will build and maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring their breakroom coffee service is consistently stocked, clean, and operating efficiently. This role also offers opportunities to identify customer needs and recommend additional products and services. Job responsibilities: Safely operate a company vehicle and follow a daily delivery route. Load, transport, and deliver coffee products, beverages, snacks, and breakroom supplies to customer locations. Clean, sanitize, and perform basic maintenance on coffee equipment. Maintain customer inventory levels and replenish products as needed. Reconcile truck inventory and prepare orders for the next day's route. Provide outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with customers. Identify and communicate upselling opportunities. Qualifications: Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record. Previous Coffee Service delivery or route driving experience preferred. Experience with light maintenance or repair of small equipment is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic math, reading, and writing skills. Dependable, organized, and able to work independently. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting for up to 8 hours per day.
