APRILE MTO MEXICO• Coordinate ocean import and export shipments with clients, overseas agents, carriers and customs brokers.
• Monitor cargo throughout transit and provide clients and overseas agents with timely updates.

• Ensure customs entries and AES filings are submitted accurately and on time.
• File ISF and/or AMS as required.
• Maintain complete and accurate shipment files.
• Communicate with carriers and customs brokers to facilitate customs clearance.
• Analyze shipping costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and overseas agents, responding to inquiries and resolving operational issues.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and overseas agents to understand their shipping requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Experience in ocean import/export operations and freight forwarding.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, Incoterms and customs procedures.
• Knowledge of import and export documentation and filing requirements.
• Experience with AES, HBL, ISF and/or AMS processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
