We manage the full shipment process — ocean and air import/export, customs clearance, trucking, and final delivery — making sure our customers' cargo arrives accurately and on time. We are looking for a motivated team member to join our ocean and air import/export operations team. Both experienced and entry-level candidates are welcome. Position Ocean / Air — Import & Export Operations Key Responsibilities Monitor shipment schedules (ETD/ETA, vessel and flight changes) and keep customers updated Prepare and manage shipping documents (B/L, AWB, commercial invoice, packing list, arrival notice) Coordinate customs clearance with our brokerage team (ISF, entry filing, holds) Arrange trucking, drayage, and LTL delivery, including delivery appointments Communicate with overseas partners, carriers, and customers Track cargo from origin to final delivery and resolve issues as they arise Qualifications ocean freight / logistics experience is a plus — entry-level candidates welcome Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to multitask Preferred Korean–English bilingual Benefits 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Lunch provided Green card sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates How to Apply Send your resume and cover letter to elisa@seadominionexp.com Pay: $40,000.00 - $64,800.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Food provided Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
