OA/DA Coordinator/Customer Service/Dispatch Support

A well-established logistics and transportation provider with 50 years of experience is looking for a dedicated individual to coordinate customer relocations, estimating, international quoting, support Customer Service Team and Support the Dispatch team, at our new facility in Spring Hill, TN. This is a full-time position, on location, that involves managing digital data and facilitating communications among customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: To work with our partnered Agents and coordinate origin or destination services for them. Create, schedule, and coordinate local, commercial, decommissions, logistic moves. Provide quotes for International origin and destination services. Responsible for the accuracy and thoroughness of paperwork as submitted by drivers and crew members to ensure accurate data and accurate billing Proper scanning/uploads of quotes and documents Works with internal teams to ensure moves in question are accurately billed and requests, missing information as needed Primary back-up and support to other members of the customer service and operations staff Provide and maintain superior customer service delivery with employee training opportunities and industry updates to meet the customer's needs, and with timely and adequate communication with internal and external customers Assist with low level accounting/clerical duties as needed Assist the Customer Service Manager, and supporting team members as needed/directed Assist with answering phones and other office duties as required The ideal candidate will be: Experienced at using business office technology Detail-oriented An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills Recently employed in the logistics and transportation industry The successful candidate will be expected to embrace and exhibit our core values: Excellence – diligent pursuit of greatness Integrity – unwavering commitment to honesty and transparency Innovation – challenge the status quo Community – help others Inclusivity – treat others with respect Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
