NOW HIRING – OFFICE / DISPATCH STAFF We are looking to hire 2 office staff members for our towing company. Position: Office / Dispatcher Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour , with a 90-day performance review and opportunity for a pay increase Schedule: Full-time or part-time positions available Experience: No experience required — we are willing to train the right person! Job duties will include: Answering incoming phone calls Dispatching tow truck drivers Assisting customers in person and over the phone Taking down accurate customer and vehicle information Communicating with drivers and keeping track of calls General office duties and paperwork Must be able to multitask We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable talking with customers, and able to stay calm when things get busy . You should be comfortable using a computer and able to communicate clearly with both customers and drivers. Because this is a towing business, some customers may be frustrated or upset, so we need someone who can remain professional, respectful, and confident while handling customer concerns.
