Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour Location: North Area Of Houston ( 77032) Position Type: Full-Time | Various Shifts (Days, Nights, Weekends) About the Role As a Security Dispatch at Prevail Security Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of assigned facilities through vigilant monitoring, coordination, and communication. Your duties will include: Monitoring security systems and surveillance equipment Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Providing professional customer service and support to clients and team members Ability to follow instructions and company procedures You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals committed to excellence in safety and client service. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: At least 1 year of professional security experience (office building or dispatch experience preferred) A valid driver's license Ability to travel to the Northside of Houston ( 77032) An active security license (required) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure Ability to communicate effectively with officers, supervisors, management, and clients.
