NOW HIRING: Packaging & Order Fulfillment Assistant

About the Position We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized Packaging & Order Fulfillment Assistant to join our fast-paced, high-volume cannabis concentrate manufacturing facility in Antonito, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and organization. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well in a production environment, and can maintain a high level of attention to detail while handling repetitive tasks. Previous cannabis industry experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Assist with packaging cannabis concentrates, including applying lids and labels to jars. Accurately count, organize, and prepare products for distribution. Pick and fulfill orders with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. Operate basic computer systems and label printers. Maintain organized inventory, packaging materials, and workspaces. Ensure products are packaged and labeled accurately in accordance with applicable regulations. Support daily production and fulfillment operations in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Requirements Valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) employee badge is required. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Excellent counting skills and the ability to maintain accuracy when handling large quantities of products. Basic computer and printer proficiency. Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team. Must be comfortable standing for multiple hours at a time. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Dependable, punctual, and capable of maintaining consistent productivity. Must have availability Monday through Wednesday. Must meet all applicable Colorado cannabis industry employment requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in cannabis manufacturing, packaging, inventory management, or order fulfillment. Familiarity with METRC, particularly MIP operations, inventory tracking, and compliance workflows. Candidates with relevant METRC/MIP experience may qualify for higher compensation based on demonstrated skills. Compensation & Growth Opportunities Pay range: $20–$25/hour , depending on qualifications, experience, and relevant skills. 90-day performance and compensation review. Opportunities for pay increases based on performance, productivity, accuracy, and demonstrated skills. Annual discretionary performance-based bonus opportunities. Potential for increased hours and additional responsibilities as business needs evolve. No company-sponsored benefits are currently offered, subject to any benefits required by applicable law. Schedule & Location This position will initially average approximately 12–18 hours per week across 2–3 days , with required availability Monday through Wednesday. Additional hours may become available as operations grow. All work is performed on-site at our manufacturing facility in Antonito, Colorado .
