NOW HIRING — OTR CDL CLASS A HOTSHOT FLATBED DRIVER Luxe Lane Logistics LLC is hiring a dependable and motivated CDL Class A OTR Hotshot Flatbed Driver. PAY: 25% OF TRUCK GROSS REVENUE This is a percentage-pay position — when the truck makes more, you make more. We are looking for a serious driver who is ready to stay on the road, keep the truck moving, and maximize weekly revenue. POSITION OTR CDL Class A Hotshot Driver Flatbed / Hotshot freight 25% of truck gross revenue Consistent OTR freight Weekly pay Long-haul operation Must be comfortable staying OTR for extended periods EARNING EXAMPLES Truck grosses $8,000 → Driver earns $2,000 Truck grosses $10,000 → Driver earns $2,500 Truck grosses $12,000 → Driver earns $3,000 Truck grosses $14,000 → Driver earns $3,500 DRIVER REQUIREMENTS Valid Class A CDL Hotshot and/or flatbed experience preferred Must understand proper load securement Experience with straps, chains, binders, and tarps Acceptable driving record Must maintain accurate ELD/HOS logs Must complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Must communicate with dispatch and provide load updates Must properly maintain and protect company equipment Must be dependable, professional, and ready to run WE WANT A DRIVER WHO WANTS TO MAKE MONEY This position is best for a driver who understands that percentage pay rewards productivity.
