NOW HIRING: OTR CDL CLASS A FLATBED DRIVER Luxe Lane Logistics LLC is looking for a dependable, experienced CDL Class A OTR Flatbed Driver to join our team. PAY: 30% OF TRUCK GROSS REVENUE The more the truck grosses, the more you earn. We are looking for a driver who wants to stay moving, make money, and take care of the equipment. POSITION: OTR CDL Class A Flatbed Driver Manual transmission Over-the-road freight Percentage-based pay — 30% of truck gross Regular weekly settlements/pay Consistent freight Long-haul operation DRIVER REQUIREMENTS: Valid Class A CDL Must be able to operate a manual transmission Flatbed experience strongly preferred Must know proper load securement, including straps, chains, binders, and tarps Acceptable driving record Must maintain accurate ELD/HOS logs Must perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Must communicate professionally with dispatch, brokers, shippers, and receivers Must take care of company equipment Must be dependable and ready to run OTR COMPENSATION EXAMPLE: If the truck grosses $8,000, driver earns $2,400. If the truck grosses $10,000, driver earns $3,000. If the truck grosses $12,000, driver earns $3,600. This position is for a serious OTR driver who understands flatbed trucking and wants the earning potential of percentage pay.
