NOW HIRING — NON-CDL HOTSHOT DRIVER Luxe Lane Logistics LLC We are looking for a dependable and motivated Non-CDL OTR Hotshot Driver to operate a 40-ft hotshot setup. PAY: 22% OF TRUCK GROSS Position Details: Non-CDL Hotshot Driver 40-ft trailer Over-the-road (OTR) position Percentage-based pay — 22% of truck gross Consistent freight opportunities Must be comfortable staying out on the road Flatbed/hotshot experience preferred Driver Responsibilities: Safely transport and deliver freight on time Properly secure and tarp loads when required Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork Communicate with dispatch regarding pickups, deliveries, and delays Keep truck and equipment clean and properly maintained Follow DOT and company safety policies Requirements: Valid driver’s license Clean and acceptable driving record Must meet company and insurance requirements Must be dependable and professional Must understand proper load securement Must be able to handle straps, chains, binders, and tarps OTR/hotshot experience preferred No CDL required LUXE LANE LOGISTICS LLC Serious applicants only.
