NOW HIRING: Head of Shipping & Receiving

Job Summary Lead daily shipping and receiving activity to keep warehouse operations organized, accurate, and moving. In this hands-on role, you’ll coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, support inventory management, and help the team meet order fulfillment needs. At least one year of relevant experience is required. Duties Coordinate shipping logistics, receiving, stocking, packaging, and warehouse distribution. Oversee order picking, picking and packing, and load and unload tasks; use an order picker, forklift, or pallet jack as appropriate. Maintain inventory records using a warehouse management system, inventory management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, material requirements planning (MRP), or AS400, as applicable. Use a radio-frequency (RF) scanner and complete data entry; check shipment details and apply trade compliance and international trade regulations as required. Your impact: Accurate shipment coordination and inventory records help customers receive complete orders and help warehouse teams plan their work. Qualifications At least one year of warehouse experience, including shipping and receiving or related warehouse operations. Familiarity with inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, and warehouse distribution. Basic math, data entry, and Microsoft Office skills. Ability to operate or learn to use a forklift, order picker, RF scanner, and pallet jack safely. Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory management software, ERP systems, MRP, or AS400 is helpful; knowledge of trade compliance and international trade regulations is preferred. Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
