Notary Service, Shipping & Mailbox Associate/Supervisor (Part-Time to Full-time) Locations: Santa Monica Mail – 1014 Broadway, Santa Monica, CA 90401 Torrance Mail &. Ship - 3126 Pacific Coast Highway, Torrance, CA 90505 Santa Monica Mail and Torrance Mail & Ship are locally owned mail and business services centers serving Santa Monica's and Torrance freelancer, startup, and small business community. We are looking for customer-service-driven associates/supervisors to join our teams. Responsibilities: : Greet and assist walk-in customers with shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS), packaging, and mailbox rental services Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages accurately Manage mailbox rental sign-ups, renewals, and customer accounts Provide notary public services for customers (or willingness to become commissioned) Perform Live Scan Fingerprinting services (or willingness to become certified) Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Handle POS transactions and basic office/retail administrative tasks What are we looking for: Active California Notary Public commission Experience in shipping/mailbox/postal retail environment strongly preferred (UPS Store, FedEx Office, USPS, or similar) Live Scan certification a plus - or willingness to obtain one Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking during busy periods Basic computer/POS proficiency Professional, friendly demeanor with a diverse customer base Why Work With Us?
