职位名称 ：北美采购与供应链经理 Job Title ：North America Procurement & Supply Chain Manager 工作地点 ：美国（德克萨斯州 奥斯丁） Work Location ：USA (Possible work place: Austin，Texas)汇报对象 ：美国总经理 Report To ：General Manager 岗位核心定位 ：核心负责北美区域采购体系搭建与供应商管理 ，同步统筹北美全链路供应链运营。对接中国总部落实采购与供应链标准化制度 ，结合北美本地业务特性落地优化 ，全程主导0-1体系搭建、供应商开发谈判、物流仓储运营 ，支撑公司北美业务高效落地与规模化发展。 Position Overview ：Lead the 0-1 establishment of North American procurement system and end-to-end supplier management, and oversee full-cycle North American supply chain operations. Align local business execution with procurement and supply chain standards and policies from China headquarters. Drive system build-up, supplier development & negotiation, logistics and warehouse management from scratch to support efficient launch and scaled growth of North American business. 二、 岗位职责 Job Responsibilities 1. 采购体系 0-1 搭建与总部对接 Procurement System Build & HQ Alignment 对接中国总部 ，落地、适配并优化总部采购、供应链相关管理制度与标准化流程 ，结合美国本地业务特性调整落地细则 ；从零搭建北美区域采购作业体系、审批流程及 SOP ，规范本地采购全流程 ，保障北美业务与总部体系高效协同、合规统一。 Coordinate with China headquarters to implement and optimize unified procurement and supply chain policies and standard procedures, and adjust execution rules to fit local US business scenarios. Build end-to-end procurement workflows and SOPs in North America from scratch, standardize local procurement operations, and ensure consistent compliance and efficient collaboration between North America branch and headquarters. 2. 供应商开发、谈判与全周期管理 Supplier Development , Negotiation & Management 负责北美本地及跨境供应商的挖掘、筛选、开发与储备 ，覆盖采购、物流、仓储、清关等全品类资源 ；主导供应商合作洽谈、价格议价、合同条款谈判与签约落地 ；建立供应商准入、评级、考核及汰换机制 ，管控供应商服务质量、交付能力及合作风险 ，持续优化供应商资源池。 Source, screen and develop local and cross-border suppliers for procurement, logistics, warehousing and customs clearance services. Lead business negotiation, pricing bargaining, contract term discussion and signing. Establish standardized supplier access, evaluation and elimination mechanisms, monitor supplier service quality, delivery performance and operational risks, and continuously optimize the supplier ecosystem. 3. 国际与美国本土物流管控 International & US Domestic Logistics Management 统筹跨境进出口物流及美国本土物流全链路运营 ，负责海运、空运、国际快递头程渠道管理 ，把控订舱、清关、缴税、海外交付全流程 ；管理美国德州、加州、北卡区域干线运输、同城及末端配送 ，优化物流方案与路线 ，压降物流成本 ，高效处理货物延误、破损、丢件等异常 ，保障货物稳定履约。 Manage end-to-end operations of cross-border and US domestic logistics, including sea freight, air freight and international courier shipping, covering booking, customs clearance, tax declaration and overseas delivery. Oversee trunk transportation, local distribution and last-mile fulfillment across Texas, California and North Carolina. Optimize logistics solutions and routes, reduce transportation costs, resolve cargo delays, damages and losses, and ensure stable order fulfillment. 4. 北美海外仓运营管理 North America Warehouse Operations 负责北美三地海外仓0-1落地搭建 ，包含选址、布局、流程搭建与日常运营 ；制定入库、上架、拣货、打包、 出库、盘点全流程仓储 SOP ；管控库存准确率、库容利用率、仓储成本与作业效率 ，搭建库存预警机制 ，清理呆滞库存 ，规避缺货与积压风 险 ，保障库存健康周转。 Lead the 0-1 launch and daily operation of overseas warehouses in Texas, California and North Carolina, including site selection, layout planning and process establishment. Develop standard SOPs for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, delivery and inventory checking. Control inventory accuracy, warehouse utilization rate and operational costs, build inventory early warning system, manage slow-moving stock, and avoid stock-out and overstock risks. 5. 成本管控、数据复盘与流程优化 Cost Control , Data Analysis & Optimization 统筹北美区域采购、物流、仓储综合成本管控 ，通过资源整合、比价议价、流程迭代持续降本 ；定期复盘运营数据、交付时效、异常问题 ，输出数据分析报告与优化方 案 ；结合初创业务特性持续精简流程 ，搭建可复制、可规模化的采购供应链体系。 Manage comprehensive costs of North American procurement, logistics and warehousing. Achieve cost reduction through resource integration, price negotiation and process iteration. Regularly analyze operational data, delivery lead time and operational exceptions, and deliver optimization reports.
