We are seeking a dedicated Tour Coordinator to oversee a team biking across the country in 2027. This is a seasonal travelling role designed for an operational professional who loves outdoors adventure and wants to apply their project management skills for an important cause. Primary Responsibilities: Itinerary Execution: Navigate pre-planned routes fluidly, managing arrival times and local logistics daily. Host Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for our hosts at campgrounds, churches, community centers, and MS meets along the way. Communication: Deliver information to the team through daily WhatsApp messages and weekly meetings. Keep the office informed when the plan needs to adapt. Ideal Candidate Profile: A resilient problem-solver who remains cool under pressure during long-distance or fast-moving group travel. An enthusiastic traveler genuinely interested in field operations, hospitality logistics, and the non-profit sector. Strong background in logistics management, event coordination, project planning, or administrative operations. Highly organized with a natural knack for tracking finer details, navigating shifting trip parameters, and resolving scheduling puzzles. Perks & Travel Support: An independent contractor payment of approximately $1,200 a month. Travel expenses to the start / from the finish. A life changing adventure!
