Key Responsibilities: · Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments, facilities, and other destinations. · Provide compassionate and professional assistance to clients, including those with mobility challenges (using wheelchairs, walkers, etc.). · Ensure vehicle is clean, fueled, and properly maintained. · Plan efficient routes and navigate using GPS and maps. · Maintain accurate trip logs and documentation. · Adhere to all company safety policies and DOT regulations. · Provide excellent customer service to all clients and facility staff. Basic Requirements: · Valid Missouri (or Kansas) Driver’s License with a clean driving record. · Must be at least 21 years of age to be a driver / 18 to assist. · Must be able to pass a background check. · A safe and responsible driving attitude. · Excellent customer service and communication skills. · Ability to assist clients with mobility needs (training provided). · Patience, compassion, and a positive demeanor.
