Transportation Driver – Medical Transportation Location: Cabot, Arkansas, and surrounding counties Pay: $13 per hour Positions Available: 2 Job Description 1st Call Medical Transportation LLC is hiring reliable, responsible, and compassionate drivers to transport ambulatory and wheelchair passengers to medical appointments throughout Arkansas. No previous medical transportation experience is required. Responsibilities Safely transport and assist passengers. Follow assigned routes and schedules. Secure wheelchairs using approved safety equipment. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and accurate trip records. Provide professional and respectful customer service. Driver Requirements All selected drivers must successfully complete the company’s mandatory screening and credentialing process, including: Criminal background and sex offender checks. Drug screening and driving record (MVR) check. Valid driver’s license and required documentation. Social Security verification during secure onboarding. Required wheelchair safety and passenger assistance training. Any additional company or regulatory requirements. What We Offer Company-provided wheelchair-accessible vans. Company-paid required training and certifications. $13–$15 per hour, plus $0.90 per mile. Opportunities for growth. Schedule: Monday–Saturday, including early-morning and possible after-hours assignments.
